Every masterpiece begins with a conversation. We start with an on-site visit to your Louisville property to understand your vision, your pain points, and your lifestyle.
The Goal: To align our creative direction with your functional needs and establish a preliminary budget and timeline.

This is where the Design House comes to life. We move from ideas to blueprints.
The Work: We develop 3D renderings, floor plans, and a "Curated Palette" of materials (tile, cabinetry, flooring, and hardware).
The Result: You receive a comprehensive Design Proposal. Once every finish is selected and approved, we provide a fixed-price construction contract. No guesswork, no surprises.

With the design finalized, our master craftsmen take the lead.
The Work: We handle everything: permitting, demolition, framing, and high-end finishing.
The Experience: You will have a dedicated project manager and access to our digital portal, where you can see daily logs, photos, and schedule updates. We keep the job site clean and the communication clear.
